In summary, we investigate the molecular properties of a number of colloidal systems from model micellar to more complex systems such as microemulsions, nanoemulsions and macroemulsions. Our main interest stems from the central role of these colloidal systems as building blocks to many pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic products and applications such as delivery systems for bioactive ingredients.
