STUDENT ACCOMMODATIONS

Young scientists represent the future of research at the interface of core disciplines and emerging technologies. The Conference Organizing Committee strongly advocates student participation at CALCON 2019 by encouraging principal investigators to register their younger colleagues. The Seventy Fourth Calorimetry Conference is subsidizing student registration fees (i.e., USD 300) and arranging shared accommodations to demonstrate our organization's ongoing commitment to actively promote young scientist participation.

Students may elect to share a room at the double occupancy rate of USD 169 per night (i.e., USD 84.50 apiece), the triple occupancy rate of USD 209 per night (i.e., USD 69.67 apiece), or the quad occupancy rate of USD 249 per night (i.e., USD 62.25 apiece) to reduce their overall lodging rates. The combination of reduced registration fees and shared accommodations allows students to attend The Seventy Fourth Calorimetry Conference at an affordable rate of USD 648.35 (e.g., USD 348.35 for five nights of triple occupancy lodging plus USD 300.00 conference registration fee).
