The Conference Organizing Committee has established an all-inclusive registration fee structure that incorporates the majority of meeting and social program expenses for the duration of CALCON 2019. This cost-effective approach is intended to enhance the overall conference experience by minimizing daily subsistence expenses. In an effort to further reduce expenditures, the Organizing Committee has established a time-dependent fee schedule to reward Conferees who register and submit their payment early. The Registration Fees and Payment Deadlines for Participants and Students are as follows:

The Conference Registration Fee for Participants/Students includes:

• Official Conference Abstracts, Program, and Proceedings
• Welcome Reception on Sunday evening (July 28)
• Daily Conference Fee for Monday thru Thursday (July 29 - August 01)
• Morning/Afternoon Breaks on Monday thru Thursday (July 29 - August 01)
• Lunch on Monday thru Thursday (July 29 - August 01)
• Poster Reception on Monday evening (July 29)
• Conference Barbecue on Tuesday evening (July 30)
• Conference Banquet on Thursday evening (August 01)

The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons and Children includes:

• Welcome Reception on Sunday evening (July 28)
• Lunch on Monday thru Thursday (July 29 - August 01)
• Poster Reception on Monday evening (July 29)
• Conference Barbecue on Tuesday evening (July 30)
• Conference Banquet on Thursday evening (August 01)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our contractual obligations with the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder requires STRICT ENFORCEMENT OF DEADLINES related to payment of all Registration Fees and Accommodation Packages. Conference Registrations and/or Accommodation Requests received after 15 JUNE 2019 are subject to a late penalty and will be processed on a space available basis.
